This was delicious and easy! I subbed part of the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt. It worked great.

In reply to Bev. You are correct, Jiffy does make other mixes. For this recipe, you will need Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix. You can see a picture of the package under the ingredient section of the blog post.
