I LOVE this dip! I made some the other day but I didn’t have powdered sugar. So, while I was beating the the mixture, I added regular sugar, a 1/4 cup at a time, beat another 1/4 cup until I used 3/4 cup of regular sugar. It was NOT grainy (That’s why I only did a 1/4 cup at a time). It was FANTASTIC! Oh! And I just ate it with a spoon because I can’t eat cookies, crackers, or anything dry like that. It makes me choke. But I promise, you will love this. I did use graham crackers, nilla wafers when I first started making this. But I can’t eat them anymore. Hope you enjoy!

I’m a diabetic and I took a little taste of it and it was wonderful went back to it about an hour later to pull it out of the fridge somebody had already pulled it out and it was gone so I made a big batch I quit making it with someone else to learn how to make it. It disappeared again it was wonderful. Thank you.

In reply to Kate. Granulated sugar would make the dip grainy. If you have a food processor or powerful blender like a nutribullet you could use it to grind up the sugar until very fine for your own homemade powdered sugar.
