In reply to Anonymous. This is completely true and also the reason that the publisher of this recipe included the step of microwaving the dry mixture until the internal temperature reaches 165. This simulates the baking process since these bacteria will die at this temperature while still allowing the chef to work with the dry mix outside of a cake form. This recipe is safe in that aspect, making the first step is very essential due to the information you provided!

This was a huge hit at my husbands work “dip off”! Not sure if my food processor is great, but that didn’t work for me even with softened cream cheese. The beaters worked great though, I also beat the whipped topping in. I think it looks good to stir in extra sprinkles throughout as well. This recipe is a keeper, thank you!
