I wonder about making this with about a quarter of a teaspoon of curry, rather than nutmeg. I wonder if that flavor combination would work well.

I’ve made this several times. It’s so good! I like to use white pepper in place of black. I add nutmeg, unless I forget to (I wish it were listed in the ingredients rather than just in the commentary). Today I used a partial can of evaporated milk — worked very well.

This is very good. I made it tonight and it turned out perfectly. I added some dried dill and used heavy cream instead of milk, but then had to thin the sauce so I’ll use milk next time. I’ll be making this from now on.

I loved my results after following the easy to follow instructions. I used non dairy heavy whipping cream with about a 1/4 of a tbls of cornstarch.(whipping cream is already thick) and all cheeses were non dairy but the outcome was DELICIOUS!

This recipe is great for anybody that doesn’t really like spinach. I did, however, use 1/2 cup heavy cream and a splash of 2% milk and let it thicken instead of using cornstarch as we eat Keto most of the time. The flavor is great!

Very good. First time I’ve enjoyed cooked spinach. I used half and half and skim milk since I didn’t have whole milk. I also threw in 2-3 Tbs Italian cheese blend. The family loved it.

Love it. I used milk not cream. Definitely add chicken broth near the end.
